STANDARD PACKAGE:
Raynor’s Standard generator maintenance plan packages all the essential tasks of generator maintenance and generator servicing. This package includes a detailed and thorough home generator inspection that ensures all of your generator’s components are working correctly and identifies any potential malfunctions within the equipment. This is especially important as the average homeowner or business owner could never spot some of these intricacies within the generator. These regular system checks include:
- Change oil and the oil air filter
- Change spark plugs
- Basic system check
- Battery voltage
- Clearance around generator
- Check voltage output
- Exercise generator 5 minutes
- Clean controls
- Battery load test
- Power outage simulation test

DELUXE PACKAGE:
Raynor’s Deluxe generator maintenance package includes everything listed in the Standard package but has additional features included that are incredibly helpful. For one, when you register for the deluxe package, a certified Raynor technician will perform a Power Outage Simulation Test to ensure your entire backup generator system is operating without error. This is incredibly beneficial for both homeowners and businesses, yet specifically useful for businesses that use a large amount of electrical equipment or power throughout the day. The Deluxe Package similarly includes an exterior cleaning and waxing of your generator unit and battery replacement services as needed. As part of the Deluxe Package, Raynor customers will receive a semi-annual inspection that includes:
- Clean and Re-Gap spark plugs
- Home Generator inspection
- Check Oil Level & Condition
- Check Battery Voltage
- Check Generator Clearance
- Check Voltage Output
- Topping off fluids if needed
