South Jersey Gas (SJG) and New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program (NJCEP) offers New Jersey residents financing and rebate options to new and existing natural gas customers. Whether you’re switching to natural gas heating or upgrading your existing natural gas equipment to high-efficiency, there are several financing and rebate offers that you may qualify for. You can apply for the following offers that will best meet your energy needs:
SJG Conversion Loan
Apply for up to $8,000 at 0% interest for 5 years from SJG—high-efficiency equipment is not required for this offer.
SJG High-Efficiency Upgrade Loan + NJCEP WARMAdvantage Rebates
Apply for up to $11,000 at 0% interest for 7 years from SJG + a rebate up to $950 from NJCEP.
SJG High-Efficiency Equipment Rebates + NJCEP WARMAdvantage Rebates
If you prefer to upgrade to high-efficiency natural gas equipment rather than finance, you may choose to qualify for one of the following incentives:
- A $500 rebate from SJG + a rebate up to $500 from NJCEP for a new furnace or boiler.
- A $600 rebate from SJG + a rebate up to $950 from NJCEP for a new furnace, boiler, and water heater.
Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®️
If you want to improve your home’s overall energy efficiency, you may be eligible for Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®️, sponsored by NJCEP. You may choose to qualify for one of the following incentives:
- Up $10,000 at 0% interest for 7 years from NJCEP + a rebate up to $4,000 from NJCEP.
- Up to $15,000 at 4.99% interest for 10 years from NJCEP + a rebate up to $4,000 from NJCEP.
