Meet Hannah Collins!
I chose to work at Raynor electric because I wanted to utilize my customer service and office skills and I knew that Raynor would give me the scope and the challenge to do so. I have been with the company for almost a year. My favorite part about my job is problem solving; I love trying to figure out how to best help our customers and also how to help our technicians be the best that they can be.
I love working directly with Tom and Kerri! I have worked for family owned businesses and corporate owned businesses before and I have never had owners as invested in not only their employees but the customers as well. They love seeing their employees grow and learn and they love making sure the customers have the best experience possible when doing these home improvement projects. We are a very tight knit company, we support each other in good times and bad, from the first day on the job I was welcomed like I already was one of the family. It really makes it a joy to work here.
When I am not at work I enjoy chasing after my little ones, going to the beach and when I can reading a great book. One thing that not a lot of people know about me is when I worked for Carnival Cruise Lines on the Conquest I was the mascot FunShip Freddy.
