Do I receive a discount on service?
Yes, you will receive up to 10% off repairs.
Can I transfer to my new home if I leave or move from my current home?
Yes, if you are moving to a home within the service area.
What is the difference between a dispatch charge and a diagnostic fee?
In some instances, our technicians may have to do diagnostic work in order to find out what is the cause of your issue. In these cases, there will be a fee for the time spent trying to discover what is causing your issue.
Is it worth it for me to get this plan?
Yes, you can save quite a bit of money should your home ever need a repair. As a Raynor Protection Plan Member, you will also receive:
- Complete Heating/Cooling Evaluations – 2 Per Year: Stay cool or stay warm. We will provide a seasonal heating and cooling tune-up.
- Electrical Evaluation – Up to 1 Visit Per Year: Don’t let surprise repairs sneak up on you. Our yearly evaluations will catch electrical problem areas before it’s too late.
