Incentives:

As a Participating Contractor in New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program, Raynor Services is qualified to assist you in earning New Jersey rebates up to $4,000. Take a look at the Total Energy Savings (TES) Tier breakdown here, provided by NJ Clean Energy:

5% TES or more: Proper air sealing and insulation can earn you a $2,000 rebate.

20% TES or more: Installing air sealing and one additional measure from HVAC or water heaters can earn you a $3,000 rebate.

25% TES or more: Installing air sealing, insulation, and additional measures from HVAC or water heaters can earn you a $4,000 rebate.

If you have qualified systems and qualified credit, you can earn TRUE interest-free financing of up to $10,000 for 7 years or up to $15,000 at 0.99% for up to a 9 year maximum term and possibly up to a $1,000 Affordable Housing bonus.

Why Schedule a Raynor Audit?

ENERGY STAR Qualified: Before receiving certain energy incentives, you’ll need to make sure that your home is operating at the appropriate energy efficiency rating. We inspect heating systems, air conditioning, water heaters, and more to discover ways to improve the quality of your energy and make sure that you qualify for the benefits. We provide replacements and installations with the most up-to-date HVAC systems that are proven to elevate the accuracy of your energy and drastically reduce your utility bills.

Health and Safety: Before any installations, Raynor Services will perform an inspection of your home and your current equipment to identify any potential health concerns or safety hazards. If there are hazards detected, we will recommend the necessary improvements to begin the energy efficiency program.  We will ALWAYS make sure that you qualify for the program before promising anything.

Air-Sealing: Air leaks are extremely common in basements or attics, and can be actively wasting your home’s energy. A Raynor Auditor will identify the leaking areas and provide sealing solutions to reduce wasted air, saving you money on your energy bills.

Lighting and Appliances: We recommend ENERGY STAR certified replacements for standard appliances and your home’s most utilized light fixtures that have low energy efficiency.
