Raynor Services VS Corona Virus Update


To all of our Amazing Customers:

Raynor Services’ number one priority is to ensure the continuing health, safety and well-being of our employees, their families, our customers and their families, as well as the stability of our business services.
 
We understand the growing concerns surrounding COVID-19 and are monitoring the outbreak and the recommendations for appropriate measures and actions. Our company is fully operational, and we are conducting business as close to normal as possible. We want to keep everyone healthy and are utilizing proactive measures with additional precautions to do so.
 

We have taken actions such as:

  • Practicing social distancing even with each other as well as customers
  • Making sure any meetings are either canceled, moved to virtual settings or held with the recommended number by the CDC while maintaining social distancing
  • Increasing the cleaning of tools and items used in our daily work
  • Keeping in close communication with all of our staff in the office and in the field to make sure no one is sick, displaying signs of sickness or coming to work if anyone in their home is sick
  • Constantly watching and adjusting according to the constantly changing updates and recommendations
  • When booking new appointments, confirming existing ones and when dispatching our technicians to homes we are asking additional questions to determine if the service location is safe for our team.
  • Requesting ahead of time that customers are generous and allowing technicians to wash their hands with soap and water. (Thank you!)
  • Discontinuing hand shakes at this time (elbow bumps enjoyed though!)
 
These are just some of the precautions we are taking and we are so thrilled with how wonderful our customers have been at kindly and patiently answering our increased number of questions and sharing their sinks. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
 
We are working hard to maintain the expected level of service that we have always strived for over the 25+ years we have served all of you. We appreciate your patience if things may take a bit longer due to this virus and the delays it is having on what was once simple things such as scheduling jobs, getting deliveries, etc.
 
Our thoughts are with those impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak and the health professionals working to care for them. We know many health care workers are working overtime and in scary conditions to take care of those sick and help keep those not yet sick from getting sick. We also enormously appreciate the families of the healthcare workers. We know their loved ones are away from family so much more right now. What a sacrifice on both sides of things. THANK YOU HEALTHCARE WORKERS AND THEIR FAMILIES!! Where would we be without your amazingness? We do not want to know.
 
We hope everyone in our community stays healthy and safe and uses proper precautions. We are here for you, let’s not forget in these tough times to be good to each other. What has NOT changed is our ability to be kind, to be of service to each other, to show love and compassion and take care of each other.
